2. Delivery Timeframes
Same-Day Delivery
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST
Delivery: Same day by 8:00 PM PST
Available: Monday - Saturday
Next-Day Delivery
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST
Delivery: Next business day by 6:00 PM PST

Express Delivery
Delivery: 2-3 business days

Economy Delivery
Delivery: 3-5 business days

2.1 Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Saturday deliveries are available for same-day service only.
2.2 Delivery Hours
Standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST. Evening deliveries (after 8:00 PM) may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3.1 Additional Charges

- Insurance: 2.5% of declared value
4. Package Requirements
4.1 Size and Weight Limits
Weight Limits
Maximum weight per package:
- Standard services: 50 lbs
- Freight services: 150 lbs
Size Limits
Maximum dimensions per package:
- Standard: 48" length + girth
- Freight: 84" length + girth
Packaging Requirements
All packages must be:
- Properly sealed
- Clearly labeled
- Adequately padded
- Weather-resistant
4.2 Prohibited Items
We cannot ship the following items. Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in package seizure and legal action:
- Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Live animals
- Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Human remains or biological samples
5. Tracking and Updates
5.1 Real-Time Tracking
All shipments include real-time tracking. You can track your package:
- On our website tracking page
- Via email notifications
- Through SMS updates (opt-in required)
- Using our mobile app (coming soon)
5.2 Delivery Notifications
We provide notifications at key delivery milestones:
- Package pickup confirmation
- In-transit updates
- Out for delivery notification
- Delivery confirmation
- Delivery exception alerts
5.3 Proof of Delivery
We provide proof of delivery including:
- Delivery date and time stamp
- Recipient name (if signature obtained)
- Delivery location
- Delivery photo (upon request)
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, we will:
- Attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Leave a delivery notice (if possible)
- Contact the recipient for instructions
- Hold package at facility for pickup
- Return to sender (after 7 days)
6.2 Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event of damage or loss:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage and packaging
- File a claim within 30 days
- Insurance claims processed within 14 business days
6.3 Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Customs clearance (international)
- Recipient unavailability
- Incorrect address information
7. Cancellations and Changes
7.1 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before pickup: Full refund
- After pickup but before transit: 50% refund
- After transit begins: No refund
7.2 Address Changes
Delivery address changes:
- Before pickup: No charge
- After pickup: $15.00 fee
- After transit begins: May not be possible
7.3 Service Upgrades
Service upgrades (e.g., economy to express) can be requested before delivery begins. Difference in cost plus $10.00 processing fee applies.
8. International Shipping
8.1 Customs and Duties
For international shipments:
- Recipient responsible for customs duties and taxes
- Required customs documentation provided
- Delivery times exclude customs clearance
- Restricted items vary by destination country
8.2 Prohibited Destinations
We do not ship to countries under trade embargoes or sanctions. Current restricted destinations include:
- Cuba
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Crimea Region
